Used to come here once in awhile when I lived nearby, always good. Today went because I had a birthday coupon and was kinda close, and it was just as good. I prefer Roosters' wings to BW3 because they are bigger and meatier, and I like their sauces better. I got 10 standard wings with the Korean BBQ sauce. Very tasty, not spicy though they are in the upper half of their heat scale. Huge, and meaty. I could have maybe barely finished them, except I got onion petals too, so I ended up with leftovers. Baby K got fried mac bites, sided with tots and a salad. Polished off the salad and a bit of the rest, so she has leftovers too. A ton of good food at a reasonable price (even before the discount.) And service was excellent. Bella catered to the kid, and me, and was always there if we needed something or just to check. Plenty of napkins, wet wipes, extra plates, etc. Friendly and patient. The place is pretty much a sports bar. Lots of TVs, lots of wood, plenty of windows up front, a patio for when it's less than 95 outside. Easy parking and access. Out of my way now, but I'd come often if I lived nearby again.

Let me preface this review that this was my local, my place, my watering hole, when I lived in Westerville many years ago. Change is a good thing, but sometimes lack of change (on the important things), is just as important. I'm sure there have been tweaks in the decade+ since I have been gone, but walking in the door it felt like putting on that favorite sweater. The block and tackling, the important foundation of this location, remained the same. Good food at a great price, excellent atmosphere and service. I could easily stop my review there, but that would not be fair to those who are not familiar with this location. Chain restaurants very by location, so my general statement on Roosters is that I have been to many, and never had a bad meal or service. But particular to this location, on this visit, I submit the following. I sat at the bar, and the bartender who waited on me (apologize I forget her name), was amazing. I have spent many a day both behind and on a stool, and I don't know if I have seen anyone command a full bar and the wait staff (no 2nd bartender was seen), without anyone ever waiting. I had the grilled chicken fingers tossed in standard hot sauce, with cheesy bacon wedges. Ample amount of food, hot and tasty, the wedges did not disappoint, just a perfect meal. Finally, with a great meal and a few frothy Yuenglings while watching an NBA playoff game, I still paid about half of what it would cost at other restaurants of this genre.

Have been several times and always have a consistent experience - casual but good food and decent service (food is occasionally slow when they are busy but the wait staff does their best). I've had the fried pickle chips and fried mushrooms as apps - both are good. Pretty much your standard/what you'd expect. I do really enjoy their chicken tenders (grilled/marinated with sauce) and their BBQ Chicken Pizza! Their large salads are quite large and they offer a variety which is nice! Overall it's a good choice for family friendly or casual vibes, offers lots of TVs for sports viewing and a decent menu!

Stopped in to grab a quick pizza. I got the buffalo chicken pizza and it wasn't too bad. The service and staff is always kind. That always makes me want to go back to this location. Overall it was a good pizza and enjoyable night out for dinner. The sit down areas (booth) could use a little cleaning.

Everytime my family and I visit this location we always have a good time. The serving crew are always friendly and inviting as soon as you walk into the door. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff always keep the refills coming and constantly checking on you to see if you need anything. It's a nice atmosphere with lots of tvs you are guaranteed to catch your special event and if it's not already on a TV all you have to do ask them and they will change the channel for you.

My first time at a Roosters and I was pleasantly surprised. The server, I think her name was Jordan, was very helpful and made lots of suggestions since it was my first time. I had the Italian Sub and a order of wings since that is what they are known for. Both were excellent!!!! Included with my order was a Margarita which was excellent too. I will be back!!!!!! There are lots of TV's around the restaurant but volume must have been off since it was not noisy. I hate going to sports bars and can't hear the person talking next to you.

Been here a couple times, today I ordered takeout. When I called they immediately hung up on me. I took a deep breathe, then called again giving them another chance.. I ordered my food. When I picked the food up, it was warm and delicious. I will be back. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly.
